Hot water heater preventative maintenance service for only $49.99
To prolong the life of your hot water heater Southern Yankee Home Services will drain the tank flushing out any sediment. Any water, electrical and gas connections will be inspected. The Temperature and Pressure, commonly referred to as the T&P valve will be inspected and tested for normal operation. After servicing the hot water tank it will be filled and returned to normal operating status.
Deck cleaning & staining package
Have your deck, steps and railings professionally power washed and stained or sealed for only $1.50 per square foot, stain or sealant not included. Solid color stain is an additional $0.49 per square foot.
Rebuild a deck
If your deck is in need of a makeover and the structure is sound, then rebuild it. If any of the posts or joists need to be replaced, we offer that service as well. Why tear it down when you can rebuild it for a fraction of the cost. Starting at $4.00 per square foot, we can replace your deck boards. If you want to change the railings we can do that to. We also pass along a significant discount on Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paint. The exterior of your home will be power washed to remove any dirt. Any damaged siding, trim boards can be replaced by us. Next we will properly prep the siding by caulking any nail holes, gaps around windows etc. Finally the paint will be applied to the siding and trim. Our workmanship is guaranteed to please.
